Our Process

✅ 1. Site Visit Options

Complimentary Site Visit:

One of our Project Managers will visit your property to assess your needs and discuss your vision. You will receive a general estimate within 5–7 business days.

Premium Site Visit:

Includes a dedicated 90-minute consultation with a Project Manager. A detailed estimate will be provided within 2–3 business days. A $125 deposit is required, which is applied toward your project. Arrival is guaranteed within 60 minutes of the scheduled time — or your deposit will be refunded along with an additional $125 project credit.

✅ 2. Estimate Sent
After your site visit, you'll receive an estimate outlining the scope of work and projected costs. This serves as the foundation for the next steps in your project journey.

✅ 3. Final Walk-Through (If Applicable)
In many cases, a final walk-through is scheduled to review project details, confirm selections, and finalize the scope and budget. Any changes or additional work will require a signed change order.


✅ 4. Service Agreement Signed
Once all project details are confirmed, a formal Service Agreement will be sent to you for signature. This agreement outlines the final terms and expectations for the project.

✅ 5. Deposit Collection
After the signed Service Agreement is returned, a deposit will be required to secure your place in our schedule. Our goal is to assign a Project Manager to your project within 14 days of deposit clearance.

✅ 6. Project Manager Assigned
Your assigned Project Manager will become your primary point of contact and will oversee the entire process—from scheduling to execution—ensuring smooth communication and project coordination.

✅ 7. Project Start Preparation
We’ll work closely with you to prepare the job site, including clearing workspaces, securing valuables, and ensuring access to utilities. Your Project Manager will help guide this process.

✅ 8. Project Execution
Our experienced team will complete your project with professionalism and precision. Your Project Manager will provide updates using your preferred communication method, and regular quality control checks will be performed throughout.

✅ 9. Project Completion Walk-Through
Once the work is complete, your Project Manager or Director of Operations will conduct a final walk-through with you. Both parties will sign off on the completed work, and final payment will be collected.

✅ 10. Final Invoice and Payment
A final invoice will be issued upon completion. Payment is due within 24 hours. A $250 late fee applies after 24 hours, with an additional $250 every 10 days. Invoices 30+ days overdue will be sent to collections with a 25% collections fee applied to the outstanding balance.

Project Start Preparation

Clear the Space:

Remove any furniture, fixtures, or belongings from the work area to provide a clean and safe environment for our team. A clutter-free space allows us to focus on delivering quality results efficiently.

Secure Valuables:

Relocate any valuable or fragile items near the work area to a safe location. While we take every precaution to protect your property, this step helps avoid any accidental damage.

Communicate Access Points:

Ensure our team knows how to access the work area. Identify and share any necessary access points, including doors, gates, or other pathways, to minimize disruptions and maintain security.

Review Project Details:

Before the project begins, take time to review the project details with your assigned Project Manager. Address any last-minute adjustments, questions, or clarifications to ensure everyone is aligned.

Set Realistic Expectations:

Construction projects may generate noise and temporary disruptions. Communicate any specific concerns or preferences with your Project Manager so we can address them while maintaining focus on the project.

Clear Pathways:

Keep hallways, staircases, and entryways leading to the work area free of obstacles. This allows for the smooth movement of materials and equipment and helps maintain a safe environment.

Provide Easy Access to Utilities:

Ensure that our team has access to any necessary power sources, water connections, or other utilities required for the project. This helps facilitate seamless work processes.

Designate a Point of Contact:

Assign a dedicated point of contact within your household or team who can address immediate questions or concerns. This individual will have direct communication with the Project Manager to streamline the process and avoid delays.

During Project Process

Material Selection

✅ Our team will work with you to select materials, ensuring they meet your preferences and project requirements. Premium material options not accounted for in the signed estimate will require a signed change order to be included. All materials must be approved and purchased by the Project Manager. Any materials not pre-approved by the Project Manager will not be used in the project.


Budget Management

✅ We will work with you to manage the budget, ensuring that any changes or updates are aligned with your financial goals. If the Project Manager requests a progress payment, it is due upon receipt. This ensures the project stays on schedule and milestones are met effectively.


Quality Control

✅ Our Director of Operations overseeing the project will perform regular quality control checks to ensure the work meets our high standards and your expectations.


Progress Updates

✅ Regular updates on the project's progress and scheduling will be communicated by the Project Manager via email or phone calls. This ensures you are informed of milestones and any changes in the schedule.


Change Orders

✅ If changes or additions are requested, a change order will be provided. Change orders may impact the timeline of the project, and approval will be required to proceed.

Project Completion Walk-Through

Review the Entire Project:

The completed work will be reviewed with either your dedicated Project Manager or the Director of Operations. This ensures that all aspects of the project meet your expectations and align with the agreed-upon scope of work.

Sign-Off on Completed Work:

Both the Project Manager and the customer will sign off on the completed work, confirming satisfaction and completion of the project.

Final Payment Collection:

The Project Manager or the Director of Operations will collect the final payment upon the project's completion, ensuring all financial obligations are fulfilled. If by chance final payment is not collected when work is signed off on, then final payment is due within 24 hours to avoid late fees.

Refund Policy

Refund Processing:

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment or as a cashier's check, based on your preference.

Conditions for Refunds:
Refunds are only applicable to payments made directly to A Kingdom Construction Company, Kingdom Kitchens & Baths, or The Roofing Medic. Refunds will not be issued to any third-party vendors or contractors.Refunds will not be provided if the project has started.Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the request.

Insurance Claims

Our Special Program:

At A Kingdom Construction Co, we offer two options to assist with your insurance claim:

  1. Full-Service Insurance Claim Assistance: We handle the entire process with your insurance adjuster, negotiating on your behalf to secure the best possible settlement to restore your home better than before. This includes managing all communications, assessments, and documentation related to your claim. Please note that this option requires a signed proposal to move forward. By signing our proposal after the initial site visit, you commit to using our services for the repair work. This ensures that once we start working with your adjuster, you will not fire us. If you choose to cancel after we have begun negotiations, a service fee will apply to cover the time and effort we have invested.

  2. Estimate-Only Option: If you prefer to handle the adjuster negotiations yourself, we can provide you with a professional estimate for the damage. This program allows you to leverage our expertise in assessing and documenting the scope of work while managing the claim process independently. The pricing for our services remains the same whether you choose full-service assistance or the estimate-only route. This ensures transparency and consistency in our offerings.

Full-Service Option Only

The following terms apply exclusively to customers who select our Full-Service Insurance Claim Assistance program. By choosing this option, you authorize A Kingdom Construction Co to manage all aspects of the insurance claim process and commit to having us complete the repair or restoration work outlined in your insurance claim estimate.

Insurance Claim Assistance:

Our team works directly with your insurance adjuster to assess damages, negotiate settlements, and ensure you receive the best possible outcome to restore your home better than before.By signing our estimate, you authorize A Kingdom Construction Co to handle the insurance claim process on your behalf. This includes direct communication with your insurance adjuster and managing all related negotiations.Insurance payments must be made directly to A Kingdom Construction Co to cover the repair work outlined in the approved claim estimate. This ensures transparency and proper allocation of funds.If you choose to cancel the agreement after negotiations have been initiated or an agreement has been reached with your insurer, a service fee will apply to cover the costs associated with our efforts. Fees may range up to $1000, depending on the extent of work completed.

Commitment to Project Completion:

By partnering with A Kingdom Construction Co, you commit to having us complete the repair or restoration work outlined in your insurance claim estimate. This ensures that your project is completed with high-quality materials and workmanship while maintaining compliance with the claim agreement.

No Circumvention:
Hiring another contractor to complete the work for a lower cost and pocketing the difference from your insurance settlement is prohibited. Such actions violate the terms of our agreement and may result in additional fees of up to $2500 to cover services already rendered.
